The Greek Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of Children and Adolescents was founded in Athens in January 1991. It is a founding member of the European Federation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (EFPP), in which representatives of the Society participate. Since its establishment, the Society has implemented a comprehensive training program that meets the requirements of the European Federation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. It also seeks to develop ties with corresponding societies in other countries.
